Next to the West End Post Office complex, Zen Central is down the driveway at 71 Russell Street, West End. The building is a converted Queenslander with a barber's shop and cafe upstairs.

The yoga centre is carpeted and provides a comfortable and peaceful space. Yoga mats, bolsters, futon mats, blankets and birth balls are provided.
