yogababy class fees

Due to popularity. our classes can only be booked in blocks. It is important that you reserve your place in the class. yogababy does not offer trial classes in the pregnancy or postnatal yoga classes.  We offer a make-up policy which allows you to use two missed classes within your assigned attendance period. For class costs go to our  online shop.

online bookings

New Students:  Online bookings are simple and easy to do.  Choose your class and go through to our online shop.  If you have holiday or work/roster considerations you can call us on Monday to Friday (10-3pm) to speak with an administration staff who may be ablet to help tailor-make your class booking for you. However, if the class/course is full you will need to pay to keep your place in the class.

Renewing Students:  If the online shop cannot provide you with the dates you require please contact us to discuss options.

Special Bookings: If you require help with booking your classes you can contact us via email or phone: 1300 769 642 Mon - Fri 10am-3pm.

Active birth yoga courses: If your due date is before a course ends a specialised booking can be arranged by contacting the office.

Yogababy respects your journey from conception to parenthood.  We have taken into consideration the many challenges that lay upon the way.  Our policies have been created over a long period of time to offer you flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our business.  Please read carefully the following policies, your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.

Missed class policy

Missed yoga classes may be made up in any other similar yoga classes offered during your class card period.  A maximum of two missed classes can be redeemed per class card.  You do not need to make a prior arrangement with our office.  Simply take your valid class card to the make-up class and inform the teacher of any physical concerns you may have. Refer to current timetable on our website for alternative class times.

Credit: We cannot be responsible for providing additional make-ups or issuing any credit for classes missed as a result of scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Class Cards

• ·         Class cards are valid until the last class date (expiration date)
• ·         Classes that are not used by the expiration date are forfeited
• ·         Class cards have no cash value
• ·         Classes are non-transferrable

·     The class fees you pay reserve a place for you, therefore NO REFUND can be given for missed classes.  Your class card is non-refundable.

Transfers

In some cases classes can be transferred to different classes. ie.  fertility to pregnancy yoga, pregnancy yoga to active birth yoga and mummy and me beginners to advanced yoga.  Transfers are dependent upon availability. Missed classes cannot be transferred.  An additional cost per class may be added to the new class booking. Only classes remaining one week after notification can be considered. You will be entitled to one complimentary transfer, however a $15 processing fee will be charged for any additional transfers.

Early cancellation

A refund of fees paid will be given when a student withdraws from the classes two weeks before the commencement date of the first class.  A 50% refund on fees paid will be given when the student withdraws from classes, 13 days or less, from the commencement date of the first class.  No refund will be given after the classes have commenced.  A 10% processing fee will be retained.

Workshop cancellation policy

yogababy cannot be responsible for providing a make-up or issuing any credit for a workshop missed as a result of scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

A refund of fees paid will be given when you withdraw two weeks prior to the workshop. If you cancel the workshop 13 days or less, and your space can be filled, you will receive a refund of fees.  If your space cannot be filled a 50% refund on fees paid will be given. In all cases, a 10% processing fee will be retained. No refund will be given after the workshop has commenced.

Special circumstance: If you go into labour on the day of the workshop we will not issue any refund if you are over 37^th week, which is considered full term, however we will offer 50% refund for withdrawal due to premature labour.

concessions

A concession is available to students and health care card holders.  A written request must be submitted to obtain concessional rate, along with copies of concession card/s, before payment is made.
