yogababy class fees

Due to popularity our classes can only be booked in blocks of classes. It is important that you reserve your place in the class. yogababy does not offer trial classes in the pregnancy or postnatal yoga classes.  We offer a make-up policy which allows you to use two missed classes within your assigned attendance period. For class costs go to our  online shop.

online bookings

New Students:  Online bookings are simple and easy to do.  Choose your classes and go through to our online shop.  If you have holiday or work/roster considerations you can call us on Monday to Friday (10-3pm) to speak with an administration staff who will help to tailor-make your class booking for you.

Renewing Students:  yogababy keeps places for you in the class during your renewal period (3 weeks before your last class).  If the online shop cannot provide you with the dates you require please contact us to discuss options.

The class fees that you pay, reserves a place for you, therefore NO REFUND of fees can be made after commencement of the classes.

missed classes - flexibility
If you miss a class you can attend another class in your eight week period (class attendance period). You do not need to make a prior arrangement. Simply take your valid class card to the class and inform the teacher of any social concerns or needs you may have. A maximum of two missed classes can be redeemed during your class card.

transfers after classes have commenced

Any changes that are made to a student's booking after the commencement requires a written request.
If a student is unable to complete classes for the following reasons:
• unexpected birth of baby
• medical illness (doctor's certificate is required)
• need to move classes to another time/day/venue
then a request can be made to transfer remaining classes (not including missed classes). The remaining classes will be transferred to an appropriate yogababy class. A request must be made in writing to yogababy. Only those classes remaining 7 days after transfer request has been received will be considered.  There are no credits given for missed classes.

refund before commencement of classes/workshop

A full refund of fees paid will be given if:
• yogababy cancels a class or workshop
• Early cancellation : A student gives notice, in writing, that they will not be attending the class/workshop eight (8) days before the commencement date for the first class booking/workshop. A 50% refund on fees paid will be given when a student withdraws from the class booking seven (7) days, or less, from the commencement date of the first class. No refund will be given after the classes/workshop has commenced. A $20 administration fee applies.
To request a refund, a student should apply in writing to yogababy.

Please note there are no refunds after classes have commenced.

concessions

A concession is available to students and health care card holders.  A written request must be submitted to obtain concessional rate, along with copies of concession card/s, before payment is made.
