Yoga can assist women to overcome fertility and hormonal challenges as well as improve core strength, posture and muscle tone or recover from injury. yogababy currently offers a yoga class for women preparing for pregnancy or seeking to improve their hormonal, emotional or physical wellbeing. All women are welcome to attend, even if you are not trying to conceive! Please note our classes are suitable for all levels of experience. If you are pregnant, you can begin practicing yoga at any time in your pregnancy, provided you are in good health (see our pregnancy menu). |
