Yoga for Mums with a crawler/toddler
What does Yoga with your crawler /toddler involve ?
The crawler yoga class is an extension of our babies classes. The class is for crawlers/toddlers from 9 months up to 2 years and their parent. The yoga taught in these classes is more active than the babies class and you will mainly be doing yoga for yourself whilst your child socialises with others. You can attend these classes without being a prior student of the Mums & Bubs Yoga classes.

How are the crawlers to early walkers involved?
The classes include special activities to bond with your child and connect with other parents. The classes are child-centred. When your child is upset our policy is for you to attend to their needs either breastfeeding, feeding, holding or generally reassuring them in your presence. With the support of others, you will be able to develop a balance between doing yoga for yourself and meeting the needs of your child. It is possible!

When can I start and how long can I continue?
Parents and children come into this class at or after crawling. Children can attend until they are around 24 months old. You can also attend these classes up to 24 weeks pregnant after which we recommend you attend the Active Birth Yoga classes on your own to prepare you for the birth.
