Choose your mat placement with 1 person per 2 square meters for indoor settings
Wash hands, sanitise and disinfect mats and yoga equipment
Wear a mask whilst moving around the studio. If breathing is compromised you can choose to remove the mask whilst on your mat
Waiver
Upon booking a yogababy course, you will be asked to sign a waiver to acknowledge the increased risk of contracting the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its variants by attending a group activity. You will be asked to adhere to the Australian and State Government Departments of Health guidelines during the class and if you have any of the following symptoms:- shortness of breath, cough, sore throat, fever, loss of taste or smell, vomiting, or diarrhea, we will notify the yogababy office via email to discuss options.
In case of government-directed lockdown or if considered a health risk by the yogababy director, you are aware that the in-studio class will move to live streaming via Zoom. There is no refund or discount on the course if this occurs. A live streaming option is currently available for some of the courses.
Vaccination status
Currently, Gyms, health clubs, fitness centers, yoga, pilates, CrossFit boxes, barre, spin facilities dance studios, boot camps, and personal training are out of the scope for the vaccination entry requirements. Both vaccinated and unvaccinated students are permitted to attend courses. Check our calendar.
NOTE: A pregnant woman is medically deemed more vulnerable to infection by COVID-19 and its variants and is at an increased risk of complications if contracted. We encourage you to discuss this with your care provider. We recommend unvaccinated, immunocompromised pregnant women or women with comorbidities attend yogababy's live-streamed classes and live-streamed workshops.
