My amazing birth

A quick email to say a very BIG thank you for all your help and support throughout my pregnancy, not only with the yoga and active birth workshops but also your phone call just before the induction. 

My birth experience was amazing. I really think the acupuncture played a huge part in it all going so well and getting baby ready - thank you for that recommendation.  Things moved really quickly after the induction at 7pm and by 10pm my contractions had well and truly started. Our beautiful son, Frederick (Freddie) arrived at 2:50am without the need for my waters to be broken or an Oxytocin injection and by the time I thought the pain might be too much it was too late for an epidural. Everything happened quickly but naturally (other than the induction to kick things off). I'm so grateful and wouldn't have wanted it to go any other way.   

The Couples Active Birth Workshop & Pregnancy Yoga and advice ensured my husband, Max and I felt prepared and ready to accept whatever birth journey we had. Thank you again. 

We're back at home now, resting and enjoying the newborn bubble.   I'm looking forward to joining classes for Mums & Bubs in the new year.
