Cancellation policy

Yoga course

Classes are valid until the end of the course. Classes that are not attended are forfeited and have no cash value. Classes are non-refundable or transferable: The course fees reserve a dedicated place for you, therefore NO REFUND can be given for missed classes. Your classes are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

Withdrawal: Yogababy cannot be responsible for providing additional make‐ups or issuing any credit for classes missed as a result of scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.  Classes that are not used by the expiration date are forfeited.  If you withdraw fully from the course 14 days before commencement of your first class a 50% cancellation fee applies. If you withdraw within 13 days of the course commencement there is no refund. Please email your request.

Workshop

Refund for a workshop: A refund (less 20% admin fee) will be given when you withdraw two weeks prior to the commencement. If you cancel 13 days or less before, a 50% refund of fees paid will be issued. No refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop.

Special circumstance for Workshops: If you go into labour on the day of the workshop, we will not issue any refund if you are over 37 weeks, which is considered full term. We will offer a 50% refund for withdrawal due to premature labour (36 weeks or less). To request a refund, please apply by email.

Gift Card

A gift card has a three year expiry from the date of purchase. The gift card can be used for yoga courses, workshops or online courses. The gift card is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Contact the office to redeem your gift card.
