Yogababy specialises in Fertility Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mums & Bubs Yoga and Active Birth Workshops. We are committed to women and their support team having a positive experience of pregnancy & birth. We are located in BRISBANE and the GOLD COAST.
In our Yoga for Pregnancy classes we assist you week by week to relax and ease discomforts. Practice yoga postures for strength and relaxation, as well as deepening your awareness of your growing baby. From 6 weeks to 42 weeks.
Active Birth Yoga
In our Active Birth Yoga classes you will practice specific yoga postures designed to ease labour & birth; utilising breathing and relaxation skills to prepare you for a physiological birth. Learn birthing skills and rediscover your innate birthing intelligence. Recommended from 24 weeks plus.
Active Birth Workshop
The Active birth workshop explores practical ways to assist the labouring woman to achieve a physiological birth. Partners learn relaxation, breathing, vocalisation and massage techniques. As well as birthing positions for 1st and 2nd stages of labour. Try our Better birthing bundles to combine yoga & birth skills. We are committed to women and their support team having positive experiences of birth.
Private Antenatal Session
Our Private Antenatal Sessions complement hospital classes and are also an excellent refresher for parents. Suitable to couples unable to attend a weekend workshop or whose work schedules make attending weekly sessions challenging.
Mums & Bubs Yoga
Since 2000 we have recognised the need for mums and bubs to stay connected in the early phase of parenting. In our mums & bubs yoga classes we focus on yoga postures specifically designed to help you regain strength and tone in a safe and effective way. Learn an unique baby yoga sequence specially designed to assist your baby's growth and development. For babies 8 weeks to actively crawling.
Yoga can assist you to overcome fertility and hormonal challenges. It can also prepare your body and mind now for what lies ahead. Suzanne Swan offers private fertility yoga sessions for women preparing for pregnancy or seeking to improve their hormonal, emotional or physical well being.
