Pregnancy Yoga
Yoga for Pregnancy classes involve breathing & yoga postures for strength and relaxation, as well as deepening your connection with your baby. Health providers recommend yoga as a safe and gentle form of pregnancy exercise. Our experienced yoga teachers have expert knowledge of pregnancy and will give you the confidence to vary the pregnancy exercises according to your ability. From 14 weeks to 42 weeks.
Yogababy is a wonderful online community to practice yoga. Suzanne is a great teacher who is extremely welcoming and creates such a positive environment to do yoga. Suzanne has immense experience and is able to adapt the class to suit each women's pregnancy and home studio. Its a very safe and comfortable space and also good to meet other mums. In our yogababy class we focus on yoga postures specifically designed to help you regain strength and tone in a safe and effective way. Learn an unique baby yoga sequence specially designed to assist your baby's growth and development. Grow into a confident parent. For babies 6 weeks to actively crawling.

Pregnancy Active Birth workshop
An Active Birth promotes the long-term health of both mother and baby. Our Pregnancy Active Birth workshop includes specific pregnancy exercises designed to ease labour & birth; utilise breathing and relaxation skills to prepare you for a physiological birth. Learn birthing skills and rediscover your innate birthing intelligence. Recommended from 24 weeks plus.

Couples Active Birth Workshop
The Active birth workshop explores practical ways to assist you to achieve a natural, physiological birth. Partners learn pregnancy exercises, relaxation techniques, breathing skills, vocalisation and massage techniques. As well as active birthing positions for 1st and 2nd stages of labour.

Individual Couple Session
Our Private Antenatal Course is a 3hr session offered in Brisbane and Gold Coast locations. The session with Suzanne Swan complements hospital classes and is also an excellent refresher for parents. For couples unable to attend the Sunday group workshop or whose work schedules make attending weekly evening sessions challenging.
Fertility Yoga
Yoga can assist you to overcome fertility and hormonal challenges. It can also prepare your body and mind now for what lies ahead. Suzanne Swan offers private fertility yoga sessions for women preparing for pregnancy or seeking to improve their hormonal, emotional or physical well being.
